Initially a full assessment to help us understand your injury, determine the source of pain and its impact on your body mechanics. This assessment may include a postural analysis, gait analysis, functional movement patterns, palpation of the injured area and lifestyle factors. This will provide us with a working diagnosis enabling us to plan your course of treatment.
Hands on manual therapy techniques such as soft tissue work, active release, mobilisation, manipulation, manual stretching and massage. All treatments are evidence based and will be customised to your individual needs in order to aid and optimise your recovery.
Movement and exercise based programmes to help you become pain free and mobile. Rehabilitation also includes education on how to self-manage you injury with a plan to rehabilitate or prevent recurring injuries.
